Martin Creek
Martin Creek runs into the Skykomish River near Stevens Pass and the Iron Goat Trail. We bumped several miles down an old dirt road and then hiked up a very steep trail to explore the tunnel for the Iron Goat Trail, only to discover that the tunnels have been sealed tight. So we explored the creek instead.
Trail Buddy
A river otter is dismayed to see that I predicted his path. The family of otters was swimming along the shore to escape a throng of onlookers. I found a secluded spot and waited with the camera ready.
