Short Ear Owl

This owl is found in fields with tall grass around British Columbia and Washington State.

Albert

This Bald Eagle was sitting quite low in a tree next to a busy path. He did not appear to mind the people and dogs below his perch. I snapped a few quick photos and left him. Perhaps the heavy rains prevented him from flying. Perhaps his beak is damaged. It is crooked and looks a bit damaged.

Northern Harrier Hawk

This Harrier came to visit while we ate our lunch. It was so kind of her to pose for us before we began our walk.

Wing Span

This Northern Harrier Hawk swooped by several times giving me many changes to capture his markings. I did not see him capture his lunch, but I did see him go after several critters.
